Nothing whatsoever.
Trying out a new-ish drawing style, mainly with faces and in particular noses (something that has been a bit of a grey area for me for a long time.)
And as is traditional of me trying anything new with art I ended up using Shae as my scapegoat. Because reasons.
So have some Shae. It's good for your health... not really.
But don't we always enjoy things more when they're bad for us?

Fuckin' damn! I like how this came out! Shae's face looks really, really good - if there's a new way for you to be doin' noses, I suggest sticking to this! I know they're a tricky part of people - and considering you have been very much inspired by anime, I don't blame you for making it a grey area of sorts. Damn, they just... the smallest details, they're so sensitive, the proportions and definition have to be perfect or they look wrong...
The eyes are awesome, too, as Shae's always are 
and hell I will never not love that hair - you do clothing wrinkles really well, too - did I ever mention that? I'm super envious of your wrinkly clothes!
